We Found Norway’s Southernmost Point… and an AMAZING Local Food Gem! 🇳🇴🚢

Join us as we explore the stunning southern coast of Norway during our Holland America cruise! We are heading to the southernmost point of the country to visit a historic lighthouse and enjoy some of the best local food Mandal has to offer. In this video, we take a tender boat from the ship to the shore and hop on a bus for a scenic ride to the iconic lighthouse at the southernmost tip of Norway. We hike up the mountain stairs to take in the breathtaking views of the North Sea and explore the beautiful grounds. After our excursion, we head into the town of Mandal to find a local gem for lunch. We stumbled upon Grillin Mandal, where we enjoyed an incredible kebab and gyro platter that was easily one of the highlights of our day. Once back on the ship, we take some time to relax by the pool before heading to a spectacular dinner at Rudy's Sel de Mer. From sizzling garlic shrimp and escargot to a massive rack of lamb and lobster tails, the food was absolutely world class. We finished our evening at the World Theater watching a mind blowing magic performance by Brett Sherwood. It was a perfect day of exploration, great food, and entertainment.
