Date Night at Carini's | Homemade Gelato, Wood-Fired Pizza & Wine Night

In this episode we take a date night with our friends Denise and Al to Carini’s Brick Oven in Lords Valley Pa Just to give you some history on the restaurant ( taken from their Facebook page) Carini Brick Oven Cafe, in Lords Valley Pa decided to uniquely celebrate the Italian cafe culture that has not yet been represented in our area. They focus all of our efforts into the quality of the food and beverages we serve, respecting the art & craft of artisanal production. They make their bread, pizza dough and soups from scratch, sourcing & picking all of the ingredients ourselves. From roasting their own coffee, preparing premium espresso drinks, to crafting pastries and gelato by hand, their cafe highlights the forgotten love that goes into the Italian culture. In addition, they also have a full bar for cocktails, hand selected craft beers, and wine.
