This dine-in establishment offers a unique self-selection dining experience, allowing customers to customize their meals by choosing from a variety of proteins, vegetables, seasonings, and noodles—over 40 ingredients in total. Protein options include chicken, beef, pork, lamb, seafood, and various vegetables, providing a diverse range for customization. The restaurant boasts round Mongolian tables where customers can sit while their chosen ingredients are cooked right in front of them. Jay Weng, the owner, is excited to introduce another healthy food option to the area. In addition to the Mongolian and stir-fry offerings, Yummy Bowl will also feature a sushi bar. Weng, who already owns Yummy Bowl restaurants in Illinois and Indiana, emphasizes the family-owned nature of the franchise.
