If you don't know what an SOS Is head on down to Spanky's on Main Street in Greentown. Today, we visited Spanky’s Restaurant in Newfoundland, Pennsylvania, where Lucia tried the famous creamed chipped beef over toast, also known as SOS (the G-rated version!).
