Slippery When Wet NJ – Mt. Airy Casino (Poconos) Review We had a great night overall! Musically — honestly impressive. The band sounded about 75% close to the original Bon Jovi, which for a tribute act 40 years later is saying a lot. The vocals, guitar solos, and energy were all there, and you could tell these guys really respect the music. Definitely brought back the 80’s arena vibe. The only downside was the venue rules — we weren’t allowed to stand up and get into it, which kind of takes away from a Bon Jovi-style show where you just want to sing, jump, and live your best life. Hard to sit politely during Livin’ on a Prayer 😅 But performance-wise? Solid. If you want nostalgia and a fun throwback night, they absolutely deliver.
