An incredible night at the Wine Pairing Dinner featuring Three Hammers Winery 🍷
The evening started with New England Clam Chowder with garlic parmesan croutons, paired with a Grüner Veltliner. Next was a winter salad with strawberries, mixed greens, goat cheese, candied pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette, paired with Cabernet Franc.
The main courses included a Parmesan-crusted filet mignon with roasted tomato basil risotto, asparagus, and balsamic drizzle, paired with Malbec, followed by pan-seared scallops with sweet pea purée, carrot coulis, and pistachio dusting, paired with Chardonnay.
The night finished with a marshmallow brownie topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, paired with Tempranillo.
A fantastic evening of great food, great wine, and great company. 🍷
